Your mission
As a Supply Chain Specialist at aap Joints GmbH, you will be responsible for managing and supporting daily warehouse and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining high-quality standards. Your tasks will include:
  • Participate in training on supply chain processes, equipment operation, forms, databases, quality requirements, and documentation in English language.
  • Assist with supply chain documentation in Excel, Word, and paper forms, including filing records.
  • Perform goods receival according to procedures, including checking production records, verifying completeness of goods, and related documentation.
  • Record deviations and segregate non-conforming batches.
  • Carry out light manufacturing tasks such as printing and applying labels, inserting instructions, and wrapping products.
  • Perform light warehousing tasks including unpacking, storing, counting, inventory checks, moving, and packaging of medical devices (<1 kg) with appropriate documentation.
  • Package goods to customer orders, including picking, verifying, boxing, and preparing shipping documents.
  • Ensure proper segregation of batches in the warehouse to prevent mixing.
  • Coordinate arrangements for transport and logistics.
  • Support supply chain documentation and related administrative tasks.
  • Cooperate with the Quality Management team to maintain warehouse quality standards.
Your profile
  • Work experience or interest in supply chain operations, production, and quality control.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, apprenticeship (Ausbildung), or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to manually carry out processes reliably and with high quality. 
  • Careful handling of precious goods/medical devices (<1 kg) and larger packages up to 20 kg.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong teamwork skills for smooth cooperation with co-workers and supervisors.
  • High commitment and responsibility in handling medical devices (packed hip and knee implants).
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a must
